Lists the native extra currencies (ExtraCurrencyCollection) an account holds, with ids normalized to uint32, and builds a TonConnect transfer carrying extra currencies plus the raw ExtraCurrencyCollection BOC. Sending needs a wallet that supports extra currencies.
